Privacy Policy

AI Tools Hub ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable data protection laws.

1. What we collect

We collect minimal data to operate the Cold Email Subject Generator:

• Offer descriptions you submit — sent to our AI engine to generate subject lines. Not stored persistently. Not used for training.
• IP address (temporary) — used solely for rate limiting (10 requests/hour per IP). Stored in Cloudflare's edge cache for up to 1 hour, then deleted.
• Local storage counter — a number stored in your browser tracking usage (to show the Pro Pack upgrade prompt). Stays on your device only.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, marketing cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiles.

2. Third-party services

• Cloudflare (US/global) — hosting and edge compute. Policy
• Google AI — processes offer descriptions to generate subjects. Transmitted via HTTPS. Not retained for training when accessed via API. Policy
• Gumroad — Pro Pack payment and delivery. Policy
• Affiliate partners (Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist) — if you click through, they may set cookies under their own privacy policies.

3. Cookies

We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot protection — essential, lasts ~30 minutes.

4. Your rights (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

You have the right to: access any personal data we hold (currently: none persistently), request deletion, object to processing, lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (UK: ICO, EU: your national DPA).

To exercise these rights, email hello@ai-tools-hub.dev. We respond within 30 days.

5. Data retention

Offer descriptions are processed in real time and not stored. IP addresses for rate limiting expire from cache within 1 hour.

6. Children

This service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
